Mission Statement
Casa Esperanza Montessori educates students using the Montessori philosophy and Spanish language acquisition in a way that develops independent, self-motivated individuals who possess the critical thinking skills necessary to become responsible global citizens.
The greatest success for a teacher is to be able to say: The children are now working as if I did not exist.
Strategic Plan
The strategic plan is the school’s roadmap for the future. Staff, volunteers, and the Board of Directors developed the 2019-2024 Strategic Plan and approved it in July 2019. This five year plan helps the school plan for the future. It is a working document. The Board’s strategic planning committee reviews the plan on a quarterly basis to ensure that the school is meeting its goals or revising them when necessary.
